- 265 g sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g ION cocoa powder
- 120 g cow milk butter
- 120 g icing sugar for the garnish
Melt the butter on very low heat, and then allow it to cool slightly.
Next, in a large bowl, pour the melted butter, eggs, and sugar and mix with a hand whisk for a minute.
Right after, sift the flour and cocoa powder, and add them to the mixture.
Stir with a spatula until smooth.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 170 C fan, for about 17-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
