Ingredients
- 125 g ION milk couverture
- 300 g full fat yogurt
Method
Over a bain-marie, melt the chocolate couverture.
When ready, add about 1/3 of the yogurt to the melted couverture and mix well with a hand whisk.
Finally, add the rest of the yogurt and continue to whisk.
When the mixture is completely combined, divide it into bowls and place them in the refrigerator for at least one hour to chill.
