Ingredients

  • 1 cottage cheese (Arla protein)
  • 2 medium eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Method

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until you get a
homogeneous mixture.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a
preheated oven at 170-180°C (340-355°F) with fan, for about 20 minutes.
