Ingredients
- 200 g royal dates
- 200 g oats
- 125 g ION classic couverture
Method
Melt the couverture in a bain-marie.
Then, in a mixer’s bowl or in a large bowl using a stick blender, mash the melted couverture with the dates.
Right after, add the oats and mix with your hands until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Pour the mixture between 2 sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll out the mixture to the desired thickness.
Remove the top parchment paper and cut the bars to the size of your preference.
