- 500 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
- 250 g cow milk butter
- 300 g biscuits of your choice
Melt the classic couverture with the butter over a bain-marie, and mix with a spatula until it becomes a glossy ganache.
In a large bowl, break the biscuits into small pieces. Then, pour the ganache into the bowl with the biscuits, and mix until combined.
Line an oblong cake pan with plastic wrap, and transfer the mixture into it.
Refrigerate until chilled.
