3-Ingredient Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 600 g ripe peeled bananas
  • 1 sweetened condensed milk
  • 300 g self-rising flour

For coating

  • 1 ION PATISSERIE COVER CREAM

Method

In a large bowl, combine the bananas with sweetened condensed milk, and mix with a stick blender until completely homogenized.

Then, add the flour, and mix with a mariz until a dough forms.

Right after, transfer the dough to a 25×35 baking pan, and spread it evenly with a mariz.

Bake in a preheated oven, at 180 C fan, for about half an hour.

When ready, remove from the oven, and as it is still hot, spread a generous amount of COVER CREAM all over the surface of the banana bread.
