Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- pepper
- ARLA mozzarella cheese
Method
Peel and boil the potatoes.
When ready, let them cool down a bit and then mash them.
Next, add all the other ingredients, except the cheese, and mix by hand until it becomes a homogeneous dough.
Let it rest for half an hour.
Right after, divide the dough into 10 equal parts and make equal bases for your pies.
Then, put mozzarella cheese in the middle of 5 of them, and cover with the rest of the pies.
Use your hand to press around the perimeter so that they close tightly.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and butter it.
Finally, place the mini cheese pies in the pan and cook them until they get the desired color on each side.
