Ingredients
• 200g classic ION chocolate couverture
• 125ml fresh orange juice
• 50g almond flour
Optional: ION cocoa powder
Method
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Once melted, remove from heat and add the orange juice, stirring with a spatula.
Add the almond flour and mix well.
Cover the mixture with cling film, making sure it touches the surface, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Once the mixture is chilled, form truffles in your desired size. Optionally, roll them in cocoa powder, sprinkles, or any topping of your choice.
