Ingredients
- 300 g ION Nucrema
- 4 medium eggs
- 170 g self-rising flour
Method
Mix the Nucrema with the eggs in a bowl and whisk until completely combined.
Afterwards, add the flour into the bowl and keep stirring with a hand whisk, until completely incorporated.
Butter and flour properly a long cake pan, and pour into it the cake batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for about 45-50 minutes.
Let the cake cool, and then spread Nucrema over the whole surface.
