Ingredients for the ice cream
- 800 ml Full fat heavy cream ARLA
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
- 200 gr. Pistachio praline
Ingredients for the praline
- 200 gr. Pistachio
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
Method for the praline
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until a homogeneous mixture is
formed.
Method for the ice cream
In the bowl of a mixer, add the chilled cream and the condensed milk, and whisk until
a light whipped cream is achieved.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and fold in 200 gr. of the prepared praline.
Mix gently until a homogeneous mixture is formed, then pour it into a loaf pan.
Cover with plastic wrap, ensuring it touches the surface of the ice cream, and place it
in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
Once the ice cream is set, garnish with the remaining praline and some fresh
strawberry pieces.
