Ingredients for the cream
- 600 g ARLA cream cheese
- 150 g sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 100 ml ARLA heavy cream 35% fat
- orange or lemon zest
- vanilla
Ingredients for the base
- 150 g biscuits of your choice
- 75 g LURPAK cow milk butter
Method for the base
In a food processor, grind the biscuits well.
Right after, melt the butter, add it to the biscuits and mix once again.
Line a round tin with a removable base with parchment paper, and then pour the mixture into it.
Method for the cream
In a large bowl, pour all of the ingredients, and using a hand whisk, mix until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Then, pour the mixture into the tin, over the cookie base.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 C fan, for about 1 hour.
Finally, let cool thoroughly and garnish with jam of your choice.
