Ingredients
- 330 ml water
- 5 gr. fresh yeast
- 500 gr. 00 flour or strong flour
- 12 gr. Salt
- Mozzarella Arla
- Tomato sauce
- Parmesan
- Basil
Method
In a bowl, add the water and fresh yeast, stirring until the yeast dissolves completely.
Next, add the flour and gently mix with your hand until the dough becomes homogeneous.
Transfer the dough to your work surface and knead it a little more with gentle movements.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
After it has rested, oil the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
Shape them into uniform balls and place them in a rectangular cake pan that has been oiled beforehand.
Cover with plastic wrap and let them rise for at least 2 hours until the dough has doubled in size.
When the dough is ready, dust it well with flour on both sides and stretch it out with your hands.
Spread your choice of sauce and Arla mozzarella.
Optionally, sprinkle with a bit of Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated oven, using the upper and lower heating elements, at 275°C (527°F) for about 8-10 minutes.
