Ingredients
- 500 g cream cheese
- 150 g sugar or icing sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 80 ml whole milk
- 250 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
Method
Over a bain-marie, melt the couverture and milk, stirring with a spatula until it becomes a glossy ganache.
Right after, remove it from the heat.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar, and mix for one minute with a hand mixer.
While mixing constantly, add the eggs one at a time.
Finally, add the ganache and mix until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan, previously lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 50 minutes.
