Ingredients
- 100 g almond powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 90 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
- 1 medium egg white
Method
In a large food processor, place all of the ingredients and mix until they form a dough.
Then, shape the dough into the desired size cookies, and place them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 170 C fan, for about 10 minutes.
