Cheese pie with blue cheese and walnuts

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. strained yogurt
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 170 ml fresh whole milk
  • 270 gr. self-raising flour
  • 50 gr. crushed walnuts
  • 150 gr. Arla mozzarella
  • 100 gr. Castello blue cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the baking pan

  • A bit of Lurpak butter
  • A bit of fine semolina

Method

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, and olive oil.

Next, add salt, pepper, and milk, continue to mix.

Gradually incorporate the flour while mixing, and finally, add the walnuts, mozzarella,
and blue cheese broken into pieces.

Mix one last time with a spatula and pour the mixture into a baking pan that has been
greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170–180°C (fan mode) for about 30 minutes.
