Ingredients
- 200gr. cream cheese Arla
- 150gr. cow’s butter Lurpak
- 500gr. all-purpose flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 300gr. feta cheese
- 100gr. sliced olives
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- 1 egg for brushing
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
In a bowl, add the eggs, cream cheese, and melted butter, and mix well with a whisk.
While mixing, add salt, pepper, flour, oregano, and baking powder.
Stop mixing with the whisk and begin kneading with your hands.
As you knead, add the olives and crumbled feta.
Transfer the dough to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, spreading it to about
2 cm thickness.
Using a brush, spread a well-beaten egg over the surface.
Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (340-
350°F) on the fan setting for about 35 minutes.
