Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken fillet
- 300 gr. fresh cream cheese (Arla)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried onion
Method
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well using a whisk.
Pour the chicken and marinade into a large bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands.
Layer the chicken evenly in a rectangular cake mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (fan setting) for about 1 hour.
Once the chicken is ready, remove it from the mold and slice it into very thin pieces.
