Ingredients
- 1 Arla Protein Cottage Cheese
- 2 medium eggs
- 100 gr. oats
- 300 gr. boiled chicken
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 20 ml olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
In a large jug, add the cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Using a hand blender, blend the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add the oats and chili powder. Mix well with a
spatula.
Finally, add the shredded boiled chicken along with the rest of the ingredients and
mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) with the fan on for about 25-30 minutes.
