Ingredients
    ●100 g oatmeal
    ●170 g all-purpose flour
    ●100 g cow milk butter 82%
    ●80 g peanut butter
    ●100 g brown sugar
    ●100 g honey
    ●1 medium egg
    ●150 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
    ●1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    ●1 teaspoon baking powder
    ●orange zest
Method
Place the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, honey, and orange zest in a bowl, and beat with a hand mixer at medium to high speed, until light and fluffy.
Next, beat the oatmeal in a food processor until ground, and then chop the couverture.
Afterward, place them all together into the bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients, while beating constantly at the same speed for 1 more minute. Beat until it forms into a dough.
Right after, line a baking pan with parchment paper, mold the dough into balls of 70-80 g each and finally arrange the balls in the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C fan, on the middle oven rack, for about 10-12 minutes. When ready, set aside and let them cool.
