Ingredients
- 250 g cow milk butter
- 250 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 150 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
Method
Melt the couverture over a bain-marie, when ready remove it from the heat and then wait for it to cool slightly.
Next, in a mixer’s bowl, beat the butter and the sweetened milk at medium speed.
Once the ingredients are combined, continue mixing, adding the melted couverture.
Finally, pour your buttercream into a pastry bag with your desired piping bag and garnish.
