Ingredients
- 250 gr. stale bread
- 500 ml fresh whole milk
- 40 gr. cocoa powder (ION)
- 30 ml cognac
- 2 medium eggs
- 200 gr. sugar
- 125 gr. classic dark chocolate ION
- 1 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method
In a saucepan, combine the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. Stir over medium heat until the cocoa is well dissolved, being careful not to let it boil.
Next, in a blender, pour all the ingredients along with the cocoa mixture and blend until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees Celsius (340-360 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 30 minutes.
