Ingredients
- 20 g ION cocoa
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 50 ml fresh whole milk
- 100 g ION chocolate drops
- 150 g cow milk butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
In a large bowl, place the eggs, sugar and milk and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Right after add the butter, melted but not hot, and mix.
Finally, add the flour, baking powder, chocolate drops and cocoa powder, which you have previously sifted.
Blend until completely homogenized.
After buttering and flouring the madeleine mold, using 2 small spoons, fill it up to 2/3 of the way full.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 170-180 C fan, for about 8 minutes.
