Ingredients
- 200gr. cottage cheese
- 10gr. cocoa powder ION
- 20gr. honey
- 125gr. classic dark chocolate ION
- 25ml fresh whole milk
Method
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
Next, place all the ingredients along with the melted chocolate in a blender and blend
until smooth.
Finally, divide the mousse into two bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
