Chocolate Stuffed Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 ml olive oil or seed oil
  • 350 g self-rising flour
  • 125 g ION classic couverture
  • 1 vanillin
  • 1 orange zest

Method

With a hand mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until white.

Continue mixing and add the oil.

Finally, add all the remaining ingredients and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Butter and flour an oblong cake pan and pour half of the mixture into it.

Next, place the couverture on top of the mixture and then, pour the rest of the mixture over it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 50 minutes.
