Ingredients
- 500 ml Fresh whole milk
- 20 gr Cocoa ION
- 125 gr. Classic couverture ION
- 50 ml Full fat heavy cream
Method
In a small saucepan, add the milk and cocoa, and heat over medium heat, stirring
with a whisk until just before it starts to boil.
Then, in a pitcher, add the classic couverture and pour over the hot milk mixture.
Wait for 1 minute and then immediately blend with an immersion blender until the
couverture melts.
While continuing to stir, add the cream.
Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap touching the surface of the drink and place it in
the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to cool.
Garnish with whipped cream.
