Easy Apple Crumble

Ingredients
  • 100 g almond powder
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 100 g LURPAK cow milk butter
  • 1 large apple
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Method
In a mixer’s bowl, add the almond powder, flour, sugar, and butter and mix with the paddle attachment until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Then, using your hands, press the mixture until it becomes a tight dough.

 

Cover it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Then peel the apple and cut it into irregular pieces.

Mix them with the brown sugar and cinnamon, and right after spread them out on a small baking pan. 
When the dough is ready, crumble it with your fingers, and spread it over the apples, until completely cover them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan for 25 minutes.
