Ingredients
- 200g full-fat yogurt
- 300gr. self-rising flour
- 1 medium egg
- 200gr. turkey ham
- 1 pack of Arla Pasta & Gratinar cheese
- Salt & pepper
Method
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with the egg.
Gradually add the flour, salt, and pepper while continuing to mix.
Finally, add the turkey ham (previously chopped into small pieces) and the cheese.
Mix one last time until the dough is well combined.
Shape the dough into small balls of your desired size and place them on a baking
tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (fan setting) for 40 minutes.
