- 65 g all-purpose flour
- 160 g icing sugar
- 80 g almond powder
- 100 g LURPAK cow milk butter
- 3 medium egg whites
- 1 vanilla vial
- nuts, dried fruit etc.
Melt the butter over low heat, and when ready let it cool slightly.
Then, in a large bowl, add the flour, sugar and almond powder and whisk to combine.
Next, add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, and mix until completely incorporated.
Fill small silicone molds or muffin tins, (you can top them with whatever you like if you wish).
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C fan, for about 15 minutes.
