- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 140 g sugar
- 10 g ION cocoa powder
- 6 g ammonia
- 6 g baking soda
- 6 g cinnamon
- 2 g cloves
- 50 g honey
- 100 ml grape molasses
- 75 ml seed oil
- 75 ml water
In a bowl, add all the liquid ingredients and the sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves.
In another bowl, add all the solid ingredients and mix.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix with your hands until it forms a dough.
Make small strings with the dough, and roll then them in a circle.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and then transfer the cookies in it. Make sure to leave enough space between the cookies, because they will spread while baking.
The baking pan must have high sides, because after placing the cookies in it, you have to close it well with foil on top.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 180 C fan, for about 15 minutes.
