Ingredients
- 100 gr. cow butter Lurpak
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 270 gr. self-rising flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Method
In a small saucepan, heat the butter over low heat until it melts.
Next, in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, the condensed milk, and the melted
butter.
While mixing, add the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake tin lined with parchment paper and bake in a
preheated oven at 170–180°C (340–355°F) with the fan on, for about 50 minutes.
