Ingredients
- 300 g oats
- 300 g bananas
- 100 g peanut butter
- 50 g honey
- 100 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
Method
In a large bowl, place the bananas, honey, and peanut butter, and then puree the ingredients using a hand blender.
Once well combined, add the oats and the finely chopped couverture.
Mix well with your hands until a homogeneous mixture forms, and then shape 10-12 cookies.
Transfer the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.
