Ingredients
- 500 g unsalted anthotyro cheese
- 200 g PURE NATURAL honey
- 30 g sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- zest of one orange
For the baking pan
- some butter
- a bit of fine semolina
Method
In a large bowl, add the anthotyro cheese, sugar and honey and whisk until combined.
Right after, add the eggs, orange zest and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Then, butter a baking pan and sprinkle with the semolina.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C fan, for about 45-50 minutes.
Finally, garnish as it is hot with honey and nuts.
