Ingredients
- 200 ml fresh whole milk
- 50 ml heavy cream (35% fat)
- 60 gr. classic dark chocolate
- 1 espresso Vergnano Extra Dolce
Method
In a small saucepan, heat the milk with heavy cream.
Next, finely chop the chocolate and place it in a pitcher.
Once the milk mixture is about to boil, pour it into the pitcher with the chocolate.
Add the espresso and blend everything together using an immersion blender.
Divide into cups and serve.
