- 3 medium eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 200 ml olive oil
- 300 g self-rising flour
- 150 ION PATISSERIE milk couverture
- 100 g almonds
- orange zest
In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar, and beat with a hand mixer, until light and fluffy.
While mixing constantly, pour in the olive oil.
Right after, add the flour. Then, cut the almonds and chocolate into small pieces, and add them into the mixture.
Next, butter and flour a rectangular cake pan, and pour the batter into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 45-50 minutes.
