Light Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 1 lt skimmed milk 0%
  • 200 g honey
  • 20 g gelatin
  • 1 vanilla vial
  • optionally, orange zest

 

Method

Place gelatin in a bowl with cold water and set aside to soak, until they soften. Remove gelatin from the water and squeeze them to remove the liquid.

Heat into a pot, the milk, honey, vanilla, and -optionally- orange zest, until they come to a boil while stirring with a hand whisk intermittently

When the mixture is ready, remove from the heat, add the soaked gelatin and stir properly. 

Divide the panna cotta mixture into bowls of your preference and refrigerate until chill and firm.

Finally, garnish with marmalade or spoon sweet to your liking.
