Ingredients
- 125 gr. milk chocolate ION
- 250 gr. classic dark chocolate ION
- 200 ml heavy cream (35% fat)
- 150 gr. cow’s butter
- 300 gr. biscuits of your choice
Method
In a bain-marie, melt both chocolates, the heavy cream, and butter, stirring with a spatula until you get a glossy ganache.
In a large bowl, break the biscuits into pieces and pour the ganache over them.
Mix well and transfer the mixture into a rectangular cake mold lined with plastic
wrap.
Place it in the refrigerator until it sets and becomes firm.
