Ingredients
- 250 gr. classic dark chocolate ION
- 200 gr. Greek yogurt
- 100 gr. peanut butter
- 300 gr. biscuits of your choice
Method
In a double boiler, place the dark chocolate along with the yogurt and peanut butter, stirring with a spatula until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Next, add the biscuits, broken into small pieces, and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake mold lined with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to set.
