Ingredients
- 200 gr. milk chocolate couverture ION
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 50 gr. cow’s butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp clove
- Orange zest
- 150 gr. cookies of your choice
- 100 gr. walnuts
Method
In a double boiler, combine the condensed milk, butter, and milk chocolate
couverture. Stir with a spatula until the mixture becomes a glossy ganache.
Remove from the double boiler and add the spices, orange zest, and crushed
cookies (ground into a fine powder). Mix thoroughly.
Cover the mixture with cling film, ensuring it touches the surface to prevent a skin
from forming. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Once chilled, shape the mixture into truffles of your desired size.
Roll each truffle in finely chopped walnuts to coat.
