Ingredients
- 130 g cow milk butter
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 1 medium egg white
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 g ION PATISSERIE milk chocolate couverture
Method
In a mixer’s bowl, add the butter and the two types of sugar, and mix with the paddle attachment, on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Then, add the eggs and continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Meanwhile, chop the chocolate.
Right after, stop mixing and add the flour, baking powder, and chocolate and continue mixing on medium speed for another 1 minute, until the mixture forms into a dough.
Finally, shape the dough into cookies to the desired size, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C fan, for about 10 minutes.
