Ingredients 

  • 500 g ARLA cream cheese
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 180 g icing sugar
  • 80 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • zest of half orange or lemon
  • 1 vanilla vial

 

Method

In a mixer’s bowl, using the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, zest, vanilla, and icing sugar on medium speed, until light and fluffy.

Then, whip the eggs, and while stirring constantly the mixture, add the eggs gradually.

When the eggs fold in the mixture completely, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until it forms into a homogeneous mixture.

Line a pan or a baking hoop with parchment paper, and pour in the mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C fan for about 30 minutes.

Garnish with jam to your liking.
