- 200 g cereal
- 25 g sesame
- 25 g linseed
- 50 g ground coconut
- 200 g honey
- 100 g tahini
- 100 g ION PÂTISSERIE milk chocolate couverture
- orange zest, optionally
Place a frying pan over low heat and add the honey along with tahini. Mix with a wooden spatula until completely combined.
Then, finely chop the couverture into small pieces and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well with a spoon until completely incorporated.
Right after,empty the honey-tahini mixture in the bowl with cereal and seeds, and stir well by hand until completely mixed.
Next, line a baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into it. Evenly spread the mixture and press down on it with your hands, to flatten it out.
Finally, refrigerate for at least half an hour, and right after
Refrigerate for at least half an hour cut the bars in a size of your preference.
Store in the fridge.
