Ingredients
- 150 g ION PATISSERIE white couverture
- 200 g seed oil
- 350 g sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 70 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod
- Optional orange zest
Method
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together well.
While mixing constantly, add the seed oil.
Right after, add the 2 types of flour, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Once the mixture has become a homogeneous mush, cut the couverture into small pieces, add it to the mixture, and mix with a spatula.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and then pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 40-45 minutes.
When cool, garnish with plenty of icing sugar.
