Ingredients
- 250 g Lurpak cow milk butter
- 350 g sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 280 g self-rising flour
- 80 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- orange zest
- 1 teaspoon of icing sugar for garnish
Method
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar.
Melt the butter, and while mixing constantly, add it to the mixture.
Then, add the remaining ingredients and mix one last time.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and pour the mixture into it.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 40 minutes.
