No-Mixer Snowball Cookies (Kourabiedes)

Ingredients

  • 250gr. Lurpak unsalted butter
  • 70gr. Powdered sugar
  • 280gr. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

 

Method
In a large bowl, mix the butter with the powdered sugar using your hands until the
butter softens.

Add the flour and baking powder and continue mixing until smooth dough forms.

Shape the dough into kourabiedes of your desired size and place them on a baking
tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (340-350°F), with the fan on, for about 30
minutes.

Dust with plenty of powdered sugar.
