Ingredients
- 200 g full-fat strained yogurt
- 150 ml olive oil
- 200 g self-rising flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 100 ml whole milk
- 500 g feta cheese
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
Method
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, olive oil, yogurt, salt, pepper, and oregano.
While mixing constantly, add the flour and when it becomes a homogeneous mixture, add the feta cheese that has been cut into uneven pieces.
Cover a 25×35 baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for 45 minutes.
