Ingredients
- 1 package Arla Mozzarella
- 1 package Arla Pasta Gratinar
- 350 ml fresh milk
- 200 g smoked turkey
- 4 medium eggs
- 60 g self-rising flour
- salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
Method
In a large bowl, combine the milk with the eggs, salt, pepper, and paprika, and whisk well.
While mixing constantly, add the flour.
Chop the turkey, and place it into the mixture.
Finally, add mozzarella and pasta gratinar cheese, and mix well.
Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven, at 170 C fan, for about 20 minutes.
