Ingredients
- 200 g Pure Natural dates
- 250 ml whole milk
- 150 g self-rising flour
- 100 g Pure Natural coconut oil
- 50 g honey
For the topping
- Pure Natural peanut butter
Method
Remove the pits from the dates, and place them in a bowl.
In a small saucepan, add the milk, oil and honey and stir until just before the boiling point.
Then, pour the milk mixture into the dates, and mash with a hand blender.
Add the flour to the mixture, and mix with a mariz until completely combined.
Next, fill muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 170C fan, for about 20 minutes.
As the muffins are hot, brush a little peanut butter on top.
