Ingredients
- 200 g Arla cream cheese
- 150 g Lurpak cow milk butter
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 300 g feta cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- 1 egg for spreading
Method
In a large bowl, place all the ingredients and mix with your hands until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Shape into balls of the desired size and lightly press them down.
Then, place them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Brush the egg, which has been well beaten, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about half an hour.
