Ingredients for the dough
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 180 ml fresh milk
- 20 ml olive oil
- 5 g salt
Ingredients for the topping
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 150 g Arla mozzarella cheese
- 150 g Arla Pasta Gratinar cheese
Method
In the mixer’s bowl, place all the ingredients needed for the dough, and mix until they form into a stretchy dough.
Then, remove the dough from the bowl and place it on parchment paper. Stretch it out into the shape of your preference, and make it as thick as you like.
Spread the basil pesto over the surface of the dough, using a spoon.
Right after, add mozzarella and pasta gratinar cheese.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 C until the cheese is golden.
