Ingredients
- 320 g flour
- 250 g full-fat yogurt
- 5 g salt
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
For the filling
- Arla Mozzarella Cheese
Method
In a large bowl, place all the ingredients for the dough and mix with a spoon for a minute.
Right after, knead by hand until it becomes a soft dough (you will probably need 2-3 tablespoons of water).
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour.
When ready, cut it into 8 equal pieces.
Shape the pieces into balls and flour the table.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough pieces one by one, and place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the middle.
Close them like a pouch, and roll them back out with the rolling pin into round pies.
Finally, heat a non-stick frying pan and cook them on low heat, turning them regularly so that they don’t burn.
